let's see...where did we leave off?

oh yeah...i remember now.

you've heard the saying

"it takes a village to raise a child"?

well...going a step farther...

it ALSO takes a village

to put a child down for a nap!

[i am humbly grateful for all of my village peeps ♥ ]

i guess there's no need for me to defensively spout off 

about the government check i support myself with...

but i HAVE made a career

out of being "paid crazy"

there's not alot of awareness  or understanding

[or even acceptance]

of how hard most people have to work 

to keep up the fight for  balance ...

as a society -

as a culture -

as a species -

we have fragmented soooooo extensively

we have picked up soooooo much speed 

it could be

[and may very well be]

an unforgettable  and catastrophic disaster

if , at this point,

we were to try and stop ourselves 

it feels like i'm sleep walking again?

the grama that raised me

used to tie my ankle to the bed post...

she was really worried that i'd hurt myself on one of my "after dark" excursions..

once i got out on my own

i taught myself to block any exits with something big and heavy

before i went to sleep. 

my bike works really well for that job  ♥

the racing thoughts i'm currently contending with

are primarily a garbled kind of dialogue

i'm having with my angels...

there's bits and pieces of ancient wisdom sparking all over the place...

i don't mind this...it's a whole lot better than the noise i listened to before ♥

see??!!?  what'd i tell you?

it's hard work to keep going back and starting over!

i keep suddenly finding myself   ' here and now '

with no idea how i GOT  ' here and now ' ?!??!

then i remember...

"oh yeah...i know where i am.. i was just here!"

[the relief is brief....trust me]
